This 4" ribbon has a deep navy blue velour velvet face with a soft, matte pile, fused to a dupioni plaid back in navy, white and red. The plaid folds over both wired edges to frame the velvet with a thin plaid border, and the wide 4" width gives you plenty of room to show off both sides.
