This 4" ribbon is the widest version of the green tartan in this brushed cotton line. The front shows a green base with diagonal bands of red, royal blue, yellow, white, and black, and it has the soft, slightly fuzzy texture of flannel. The back is a solid red dupioni fused to the plaid. Red overlock stitching finishes both wired edges.
The large green blocks in the pattern read well from a distance, which makes this width a good fit for front door wreaths, oversized tree toppers, and mantel or staircase garland. Twist a few loops as you build your bow to show the red backing. You can also pair it with the 2.5" green version for layered bows in a matching Preppy Christmas look.
