While I understand that companies have to hold up their policies or what have you. However, when it comes to pictures being misleading that should be taken in consideration. Also, just because a product is on video still doesn't negate that it can still be misleading. This tree also was crammed in with other items I ordered, and some flowers were crushed, but that's not the insulting part. I took time to call about this item and was asked to send pictures only to be told there was nothing that could be done. I believe that this decision was already made before I sent the email with pictures. Most small wreath businesses know that tinsel sheds easy. I am not happy with the product and bottom line I shouldn't been asked to send pictures just to be told no. Nor should I look up the return policy and it requires you to send it FedEx or UPS. I do NOT recommend this product. Moving forward I will only deal with (one) particular customer service person, if I have to deal with Jasmine then I'll simply go to The Wreath Shop or other online sources.
